I'm interested but nervous. Where do I start?

Normal. Most people are. Start with our Temple Nights guide, then compare the White Temple, Red Temple, and Dark Temple to understand the progression. If you want private support first, book a coaching call.

Can I attend solo?

Yes. Many events welcome singles. Some require couples or duos. Check individual event pages for details.

So what actually happens at OSL events?

It varies. Some are immersive sensual experiences, some are Temple Night tiers, and some are workshops focused on communication, non-monogamy, or consent skills. See the event calendar and the Temple Nights overview for the clearest starting point.

How far do I have to go?

As far as you want. Consent culture means you control your own experience. Want to watch? Fine. Want full participation? Also fine. No pressure either way.

How do you ensure safety and consent?

Everyone is screened before events. Facilitators monitor all experiences. Clear rules are enforced and consent violations mean immediate removal. There is also a confidential reporting path for concerns.

What kind of conduct is not welcome?

OSL is not a platform for tribalism, activism, or political expression. We invite responsible adults who know their own boundaries, communicate them clearly, and make a real effort to read and respect the boundaries of others. If you are unsure, ask.

Manipulative or predatory behavior used to avoid accountability is not welcome. That includes dismissing another person's boundary, hiding behind excuses such as “I did not know,” or weaponizing identity, religion, race, gender, or ideology to justify blame, pressure, or victimhood dynamics. Conduct that undermines consent, responsibility, or the safety of the room can lead to removal or a ban.

Can I bring someone?

Yes, within the 2-ticket booking limit. For screened public bookings, both attendees must complete screening before the Hipsy booking link is shared. If you already hold a Silver Key through the membership application, you may book one partner guest on the same booking without separate screening, but you remain responsible for that guest in the room. No drop-ins.
