Where required, participants must read and digitally sign that agreement during the relevant application, screening, or membership flow before screened ticket access or attendance, as instructed. By participating in an event, you agree to abide by that agreement, including the rules on consent, respect, discretion, and participant responsibility. OpenSacredLove reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any individual whose behavior compromises the safety or quality of the room. To the extent permitted by law, OpenSacredLove is not liable for incidents, injuries, or losses arising from a participant's own choices or conduct during events.
13. Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to access and use this Website and to participate in any OpenSacredLove events. By accessing the Website or participating in events, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
14. Understanding the Nature of Events
a. Participants acknowledge that OpenSacredLove events are designed to be sex-positive experiences, where immersive sensual connections are celebrated within a unique conceptual framework.
