European Expansion · Founding Organisers

Bring Open Sacred Love to your city.

You know your city, your people, and your venues. We bring the brand, the blueprint, and the standard of holding that makes a Temple Night what it is. Together we build a sold-out room you could not build alone.

The expansion story

OSL was built in Brussels to travel.

Every Temple Night in Brussels sells on trust — screening, curation, sound, light, facilitation that stays present all night. People drive from Antwerp, Amsterdam, Paris for it. The room holds because the container is built before anyone arrives.

Now we are opening a small circle of founding cities to build that same standard locally — with local people who know how their city moves. Not a franchise. Not a loose licence to use our name. A real partnership, on paper, with clear terms.

The partnership

You handle the city. We handle the temple.

You bring

Local roots, local reach.

  • Venue scouting and rental in your name, local permits and logistics
  • Local marketing and community management
  • On-the-ground energy — you are the person your city calls first
  • Pre-sales momentum — you know who to call before we announce

OSL brings

The blueprint, proven in Brussels.

  • The Open Sacred Love name, ritual arc, and production blueprint
  • Screening framework, briefing scripts, House Rules, sound & light riders
  • Facilitation lead and training for your local support team
  • Ticketing, pricing, and sell-out timeline guidance
The process

Five steps to your first night.

01

Apply

Tell us your city, venue ideas, and community reach. We read every application.

02

Founding call

30 minutes. We pressure-test fit and venue viability together. No soft pass.

03

Venue lock

You secure the venue. We approve it against our production checklist before you sign.

04

Build & sell

We co-build the run-sheet. You drive local sales with our assets and timeline.

05

Temple Night

OSL leads facilitation. You lead the city. We close, count, and split net clearly.

The financial structure

Simple, adult, on paper.

You rent the venue and carry local upfront costs. That keeps decisions fast and local. After all agreed event costs are covered, net profit is split — our founding share to early organisers who help us open Europe well.

60% OSL Central
40% You — Founding Organiser

Ticket revenue – (venue + agreed costs) = Net → 60% OSL / 40% Organiser

No hidden fees. All costs must be pre-approved in the shared production budget prior to venue contract signing. OSL crew travel and lodging are included as approved production costs deducted before the profit split. If the night does not profit, you carry venue risk — which is why we only green-light rooms we believe will sell. See example numbers on the call.

Know yourself

This is for connectors, not spectators.

You do not need event industry experience. You need local trust, organisational follow-through, and genuine investment in what OSL builds.

You will thrive if

You are already the connector.

  • You have already gathered people — dinners, dance floors, group chats that actually meet in person
  • You take agreements seriously and can hold a door with kindness and firmness
  • You want to build under a shared banner, not borrow a logo for your own concept
  • You can absorb venue risk and think commercially alongside the community

This is not for you if

You need OSL to carry the weight.

  • You want OSL to rent the venue on your behalf
  • You want to run your own format under our name
  • You need a guaranteed payout regardless of sales
  • You are looking for a soft licence with minimal accountability — that model does not exist here

Common questions

Before you apply.

Do I need event production experience?

You need local trust and follow-through. We teach the rest. The most important thing is that your city already knows you, and that you have the organisational capacity to manage a venue relationship and a pre-sales campaign.

Who rents the venue?

You do. You sign the venue contract in your name. We approve the space against our production checklist before you commit. This keeps decisions local and fast, and it is why the 40% founding share exists.

Does the 60% cover OSL's flights and hotel?

No — OSL crew travel and lodging are included as approved production costs deducted before the profit split. They sit in the same pre-approved shared production budget you sign off before the venue contract, so there are no surprises in the net calculation.

What if we do not sell out?

We only confirm cities and dates where we see real demand signals from you. Before you commit to a venue, you will have seen our sales timeline and will know what you need to hit at each stage to make the night viable. We will not green-light a room we do not believe will sell.

Which Temple Night formats can I run?

You start with White or Red Temple. Dark Temple comes after a proven holding track record — typically after two or more successful nights together. We do not rush the progression, because the container has to be earned before the intensity increases.

Can I run it under my own brand?

No. This model is specifically for building an Open Sacred Love night in your city under the OSL banner and standard. If you want to run your own format with our production crew, see Private Temple Hire.

Your city is ready. Let's build it properly.

Tell us your city, your venue leads, your community size, and why you are the person to do this. We read every application and respond directly.
