What is the difference between the Dark Temple and a BDSM club?
A traditional BDSM club and the OSL Dark Temple are very different environments. Dark Temple is an intentionally held power-dynamics room built around screening, readiness, facilitators, and a designed ritual arc. It is not a casual dungeon or open-play environment. Most people reach it by first understanding the broader Temple Nights structure and building context through the membership path.
How do I know if I am ready for Dark Temple?
Readiness is not just about having dungeon experience. Plenty of experienced kink practitioners are comfortable with intensity but still struggle to stay aware inside it. Dark Temple asks for both edge tolerance and self-awareness: can you track where a desire is coming from, stay responsible while intensity rises, and remain clear instead of getting dragged by the charge?

Can beginners attend Dark Temple?
No. Beginners are not the right fit for Dark Temple. If you are new to OSL, new to kink, or new to high-intensity erotic rooms, that usually becomes clear during screening and you are unlikely to be approved.
