For Producers & Facilitators · Europe
You bring the people. We hold the space.
Private Temple Hire is Open Sacred Love as your production and facilitation crew — sound, light, design, screening support, and facilitation in the space for your event. You keep your brand and 100% of your ticket revenue. We make sure the night holds.
Built for people who already fill spaces.
This is not an entry point. Private Hire is for producers who have done the work, have a clear audience, and want the execution to match the ambition.
This fits if
You already have the space.
- You have 40+ confirmed participants or a list that can fill that
- You want cinematic sound, intentional light, and real structure — not a rented PA and hope
- You want experienced facilitators who know how to read intensity, slow things down, and intervene cleanly
- You want to keep full creative and commercial ownership of your event
This does not fit if
You still need to build the audience.
- You are testing an idea for the first time and need OSL to bring the audience
- You want us to market, sell tickets, or carry the financial risk — see Bring OSL to Your City
- You want a club night with decoration. We build ritual structure, not backdrops.
Four things that change everything.
World design
Layout & ritual arc
Layout, zones of intensity, dress code, ritual arc. Every element is intentional before anyone arrives. We design the container before the first guest walks through the door.
Sound & light
Atmosphere by design
Curated soundscapes and low, warm lighting built for sensual presence — not conference brightness. Sound is the most underestimated element in any space.
Facilitation & presence
Holding the space all night
Briefing, opening, holding the space, closing. Explicit agreements, visible structure, discreet intervention when needed. We do not disappear after the introduction.
Screening & agreements
The right people in the space
We lend you our screening logic and Participation Agreement framework so the space holds before we even arrive. The container starts with who is allowed in.
"Consent isn't a buzzkill — it's what makes everything possible."
How Private Hire works.
Conversation
You tell us audience, city, date, ambition. We tell you honestly if we are the right crew. No soft sell.
Design
We agree scope, hours, and technical needs. You approve the ritual arc and production plan before anything is confirmed.
Build & Hold
We arrive early, build, brief, open, hold the space with you, and close it cleanly. You are never managing production alone on the night.
Leave whole
We handle breakdown and debrief. You keep all attendee data, content rights, and ticket revenue. We take our fee and leave clean.
Clear from the start.
Private Hire is a professional services relationship. The lines are clear before we shake hands.
Yours
- Your brand and event identity
- Your ticket price — you set it
- 100% of ticket revenue from the door
- Your audience relationship and data
- Content rights, by agreement
Ours
- Flat professional fee for dedicated hours
- Preparation, setup, facilitation, breakdown
- No cut of ticket revenue — ever
- No surprise shares or post-event claims
Shared
- House Rules apply in any space we hold
- Crew holds authority over safety in the space and House Rule enforcement during the event
- If we put our name in the space, the container standards are non-negotiable
- Venue liability and event insurance remain with you
One fee. No revenue share.
Private Hire is priced on dedicated hours, not on your success. Preparation + setup + facilitation in the space + breakdown. Technical hire and travel are scoped separately so you see exactly what you pay for.
You set ticket prices. You keep everything from the door.

We've held the space before.
Urban Whispers BXL
A three-day women's experience in Brussels — twenty women, hidden venues, sisterhood and sensuality. OSL built the full temple: immersive lights, projections and sound, facilitation throughout, a ritualistic entrance into a red temple, and one performance in the space.

A year-long training blending immersive retreats, online integration and mentorship. OSL built the signature setup: immersive lights, projections and sound across rooms, facilitation, and ritualistic entrances into a white and a red temple.

Do you co-promote or sell tickets?
No. You do. Private Hire means we are your hired crew, not your co-host. You run your own box office, set your own prices, and keep 100% of what comes through the door. We take a professional fee for our hours.
Do you work outside Belgium?
Yes. Our regular temples are in Brussels, Malmö & Stockholm, with an annual winter edition in Gran Canaria. We also travel across Europe for private hire — including Copenhagen & Amsterdam by invitation en route. Travel and logistics are scoped separately during the design phase so you see the full picture before committing.
What do you require from us?
A venue with basic technical access (power, controllable lighting, sound connectivity), a confirmed audience or strong pre-registration signal, and alignment on House Rules. If you have a venue but no audience yet, see Bring OSL to Your City.
How far in advance should we begin conversations?
Ideally 8–12 weeks before your planned date. This allows time for design, contract, production planning, and logistics without rushing any element of the container.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit upon contract signing holds your crew dates; the balance is due one day prior to the event.
Let's build a night your people will talk about for years.
Reach out with your event concept, audience size, and city. We will tell you honestly if we are the right crew — and what it takes to make the night hold.
